It is with sadness that we post this as we have lost a long time volunteer of Track 3.
With this, we also wanted to say thank you to those that have donated in her memory! These donations will allow us to continue providing a great program to those who wouldn’t otherwise get to ski or snowboard.

Liz Vickery started Track 3 like many others by standing at the bottom of the hill with the other parents, cheering her son on. Her son Chris was a student of the program and wanted him to know that despite his disability, skiing was for everyone. He just had to do it in a different way.

Year after year, Liz continued to be more involved in the Track 3 program while her son Chris who was a student of the program became an assistant instructor. It wasn’t long after that that the rest of her family was volunteering with Track 3. Now Liz’s other son Matt and his wife Mallory, continue to generously give their time to Track 3 and continue doing what Liz did long ago. Matt has become one of Track 3’s sit ski instructors helping those in wheelchairs enjoy the winter weather and follow through with our motto that skiing is for everyone!
