Annual General Meeting

Hello Track 3 Community,
I hope everyone enjoyed the 2018-2019 Track 3 season and now that we are near the beginning of fall, winter enjoyment is around the corner. We will be having our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday October 15 at 7:00 pm in the Track 3 building.
We are always looking to refresh some positions in our volunteer base to ensure we continue delivering the great program you’ve come to enjoy. For the 2019 season, ta few positions need to be filled. If you are interested in the possibility of taking on a role in our organization, shadowing the person currently in the role is a great opportunity to see if the position is for you.
Please consider nominating yourself, or someone you feel would be a great addition to our program, and please let us know by September 30th by replying to this email.
The following positions are available for your consideration (A short list of duties is provided for your reference);
Communications Lead
-Attend monthly board meetings and report on Communication committee business
-Maintain and build our social media following through our social media pages and update with current information
-Assist with instructor recruitment
-Update our web page with current information and communications to our Track 3 community
Fundraising Committee
-Assist with current initiatives
–Develop new initiatives to meet fundraising objectives
-Coordinate with communications team to deliver messages
